With over 15 years’ experience in learning and development and a background in mortgage sales, Emma provides engaging design and delivery for roles at all levels. She has worked in the financial sector for over 20 years and understands the importance of a great customer experience both internally and externally. She is able to incorporate e-learning, virtual and classroom modules into her design to meet budget and timescale deadlines.

Both an NLP Practitioner and ILM qualified coach with an understanding of call centre learning requirements, Emma has devised management development, coaching and sales programmes across a broad range of functions and departments. She has worked with several sectors facilitating courses such as negotiating skills, critical thinking and influencing stakeholders.
